Consigning Items
The consignment procedure begins by agreeing upon a price that the item will sell for with the consignor. A contract is written and the item displayed. Checks are printed and sent monthly for all items sold during the month with the consignor receiving 60% of the sale price. For large houselots, settlement of estates or by special request we can visit and offer a one time purchase price.
